We invite you to visit our community of faith at Mount Vernon Presbyterian Church. You will find that we are a congregation filled with energy and love – a people committed to spiritual growth through worship, study, fellowship, and service.

We offer worship services that are both inspiring and meaningful as well as programs of study that help us discern God’s will. There are many opportunities for fellowship among our members, allowing us to support one another through our joy, sorrows, and concerns. Just as our ministries reach into our church, they also reach out to the local and global communities.

This is a particularly exciting time in the life of our church. Our pastor for the past ten years, Rick Sommers, was recently called to a church in New Jersey, and we are now studying again the mission God is giving us and looking forward to calling a new pastor and head of staff to lead us in the coming years. We invite you to become a part of our church fellowship and join with us as we seek to be Christ’s faithful disciples.
